[Grovenet] Free Stuff

[Cornelius First]

My understanding is that Terry Rilling will step down in order to pursue his 
new endeavor.  He had the option of doing both, but unlike Senator Kerry, 
Mayor Rilling does not have unlimited funds and probably needs to work.  
Only so much can be done in a day.

I'm hoping that his replacement is someone who can thoughtfully and 
carefully weigh the issues of development and growth.
