Okay, dear FG folks: as you know, I'm making myself a little  crazy trying to 
figure out exactly WHERE in Oregon we should retire, and Forest  Grove 
remains high on my wish list. Having perused your rutabaga website, a  whole new 
list of questions arise.
Must Forest Grove residents eat rutabagas, and if so, how often? If  not, 
what are the penalties for non-compliance? Is there any such thing as a  
chocolate-flavored rutabaga? Are you required to include rutabagas in  your 
landscaping plans?
Wondering if I have the intestinal fortitude (literally) to  live in the 
world's rutabaga capitol...
