It is not a requirement for Forest Grove residency but I think to be a true 
grovenut you are required to eat rutabaga at regular intervals.
Though the good news is, you get to chose your own interval.  For me I have 
chosen once each lifetime.
I'll eat some once in this lifetime, then when I am reincarnated as an 
earthworm I will eat some in that one too, and once again when I am 
reincarnated as some other rutabagavore.

The truly brave pick intervals like once a decade, some pick once a 
century( a popular choice). I think Obie M does it more often - something 
like once a month or once  a year but far be it from me to put words in his 
mouth (or rutabagas either!)  He will probably  tell his own story, after he 
checks on the current crop.....
