I really like Typhoon http://www.typhoonrestaurants.com/welcome.htm
They are near the intersection of Hall and Canyon and the Max station is literally a few steps from thier front door.  This is great if you want to take Max but if you miss the turn into the parking lot it is a long long block to drive around to try again.
Their booths are moderately private but lots of business types seem to go there. Most of the seating is tables in the middle though so you'd have to get there early to be assured of a booth. There are some photos on the website of various locations. I did not see anything for large meetings but you could call them.
I highly recommend thier pine cone fish - yummy.  But other things are good as well.

Summary - Good Thai food  Privacy depends on when you get there.
