Well I am not sure where you are seeing cars but, on my vacation this year
we went from Oklahoma to New York to Montana, Wyoming, Nevada and back

support our troops! Yes maybe more troops is the answer, all I know is what
is going on over there right now is not adequate, when talking to family and
friends over there they agree. If they need more they would know. Now I
don't need any hate mail I am just stating my opinions. We need to kick
their butts and get home. What happens after that is their own. Muriel

Right here in Forest Grove, on the streets and at Safeway, etc. Time was at
least 1/3 of the cars had one of those plastic ribbons stuck on it. Lately
it's more like 1 in 100 vehicles.
I'm not supporting the idea of those plastic doo-dads! I never could
understand how buying a bit of plastic from China supported our troops. They
did far more to support our trade deficit with China than anything else that
I could see. Was one soldier in Iraq even slightly safer because of the
plastic doo-dad?
I wonder.
Your reactions to the "war" are pretty typical of what we usually do when we
conduct "war". I've been asking why, if we went to war, we haven't really
gone to war since the President launched the invasion.
All that's happened so far is that we've put ourselves in danger, watched
our troops die, and spent ourselves deeply into debt. We have yet to take
one step toward improving conditions for our interests or those of the
people of Iraq.
