How about sheep, David?

My Great grandfather stumbled onto a scheme that made him a lot of money.  
To help make ends meet, he had been poaching deer and selling the meat to 
local New England restaurants.  Before long, the demand outstripped his 
ability to "obtain inventory" (the game warden was on to him).  He partnered 
with a local sheep processor to invent a way to cure mutton to make it taste 
enough like venison to fool the restaurant folks.  He became a very rich 
man.

Thus his advice to me when I was just a tad -

"Buy sheep and sell deer"
