[Grovenet] (grovenet)Recommendations needed

I can't think of their name off the top of my head but there is a duct
cleaning service in Cornelius.
As you are driving west toward FG they are on the left and they always have
the little rhyme on their sign about why you should use them.
Anyway, one of the ways to judge a service is how they handle a situation
when things go wrong.
A friend of mine had them clean their ducts and one of the cleaning
rags/cleaning wands/ or whatever they were using caught fire (it was a gas
furnace) and the smoke traveled up the ducts and got soot on all the
curtains because the ducts were routed to come out under each window.
Ack, not a good thing to happen when you are cleaning!. But they cleaned
all the drapes and had someone come to clean up the residual soot and of
course they recleaned the ducts. She said she would actually have them
come again because they handled the problem professionally and responsibly.
