Jon,

We had a thought tonight for you.

Walk South on Birch Street to 12th Avenue some evening and sit on the  
bench near the corner that looks West over the flood plain.

As you sit on the bench, consider what would prompt someone to put a  
bench there for public use.

When you get curious enough about the person who put the bench there,  
stop at the home to the North and ask for Mark.
