Since Bush does not 'do' nuance even a basic book like "Diplomacy for 
Dummies" would be over his head. He needs something more direct like 
"Diplomacy for Neanderthals".

Angela Merkel didn't deserve that and Bush is probably lucky her reaction 
kept her elbows out of his midsection.
