Eric,

Yes I do love my family. Yes I do want the best for humanity and the earth.
There is a possibility that you and I may have differing opinions on what is
best for the earth. There is no doubt in my mind that global warming has
occurred. The cause is the big question. The whole issue is so politically
charged that I doubt that there will ever be a common ground. I think there
are a lot of people who formed opinions on global warming based on the
"scientific findings" that were quoted in Newsweek, Time, or the newspaper.
None of which are very scientific. I personally have not read good
scientific journals on this matter. I do not claim to be an expert. I think
that between most of us and good hard scientific data there is a bunch of
hooey.
