Did you listen Steven? He has things to say about
the rights each of us hold dear. Just because he
takes the time to confront the Bush
Administration on it's illegal prison and
procedures doesn't mean we discount what he says.
You still have to listen and make an evaluation
based on the rule of law and what our country
stands for.

It is also not too difficult to imagine oneself
as the prisoner. Uncharged. Locked up. Tortured.
Most of them are/were held with no contact with
family and friends, and no legal representation.
No court to go to to file a writ of habeas
corpus. No one knew even if they were alive or
dead. And they had no hope what-so-ever of ever
being free again. This lawyer tells of people
held under those conditions who were totally
innocent. Imagine what that would be like.

I agree about an open mind if you have an open
mouth. Completely. Are you saying that if I
listen to the program and draw conclusions that
my mind is closed? That because this guy
functioned on behalf of some the prisoners that
he is biased and we should not consider what he
has to say?

Please give us the other side, the part that I omit.
