Mark hasn't been on GroveNet for a year, so with apologies to him (if needed), I decided to take this and pass it along ...  This is from Sunday's Opinion Section of the Oregonian, p. E2, upper left side, "Your Short Takes:"

     regulations!  Wire-tap laws?
