The solution is obvious.
Iraq is still fighting along political and religious lines.  And even though 
the 'new' government was elected months ago they have not even reached a 
consensus on when to meet and what to discuss when they do. Having so many 
choices to choose from must be overwhelming.  They need a uniter.  They need 
a decider.  Hey! Let's send them ours!
I would be more than happy to give up our resident 'uniter' and 'decider'. 
He would probably be sooooo effective over there and he'd be closer to Iran 
as well.
