[Grovenet] Who has good, inexpensive taxi service to the airport?

David,
I'm trying to find my reciept from a trip I took in Feb. (Can't remember
the name but I called the Chamber and they had only 1 name that served all
the way to FG very early in the am. - I had a 6:30 flight so I had to be
there early.)
It was $68 for one way. If I needed a ride back after my return flight it
would have been more reasonable per trip but such is life...

The thing that I liked was they saved gas by picking up other passengers
along the route who also needed to make a 6:30 flight. The thing that I
hated was that they picked up passengers along the route who needed 6:30
help. Being the fare the farthest out that meant I had to get up 45 min
earlier to accomodate picking up the others.

But I also felt the driver was very safe and made good driving choices. No
tailgating, no speeding, no running red lights etc that some taxi/shuttle
drivers have a reputation of doing.

Blue Star is ringing a bell in my head but I took other shuttles on that
same trip also with an 800 number that used the letters 'blue van' in their
phone number so I could be mixing them together. Call the Chamber and they
can tell you who comes out here.

Katie
