A comment regarding the ID inside the bike helmet & dog tags:

I am not a bit embarrassed to admit that many, many years ago I had my
social security number tattooed on my buttock, because it was also my GI
Dog Tag Number,  and as soon as I can figure out what the right bar code
that will match my ssn, I'll add it too...

~alan~ been running with the dogs for a longggg time, and still have a
very hard time passing up a fire plug or a tree, and the only thing safe
