the time was right for new leadership at the top quite a few months ago.

I am flabbergasted about Bush's falling all over himself today about how he 
wants to work with Democrats. Where was that attitude back when Congress was 
in session?

Grandmother's are famous for saying you can tell a lot about people by 
watching how they treat other people when they don't have to be nice.  How 
has Bush treated the minority party when he didn't have to treat them nice? 
And now he is all sickly sweet and saying he wants soooo much to work for 
the good of the country. My grandmother is probably turning over in her 
grave.

All the democrats who now have a committee leadership assignment had better 
be watching their backs because Bush will stab them right between the ribs 
and give the knife a sharp twist if he ever gets a chance.
