The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality 
(DEQ) has extended the public comment period to 
solicit comments on the revised Statement of Need 
and Fiscal and Economic Impact. The Department has 
posted the revised Statement of Need and Fiscal 
and Economic Impact.

Comment deadline is October 23, 2006

All comments are due to DEQ by 5 p.m., October 23, 
2006. DEQ cannot consider comments from any party 
received after the deadline for public comment.
