President William Clinton was a liar and a womanizer. Which is to
say that he cheated on his marriage with willing subordinates. When
the story became public he tried to bend the words to avoid the
natural consequences. I give him enough credit to know that what he
was saying was false. That means he was lying.

I looked for increased truth when his term ended. Instead we got
President Bush. Bush says things that are obviously not true. What
scares me, is that George isn't lying. He doesn't know that he is
making false statements. He believes them!

What is worse? A President who will lie to you with a straight
face? Or a President who doesn't know the difference between what he
is saying and reality?
