George Will's column today has this little tidbit from Woodward's new
book.  In the run-up to invading Iraq, VP Cheney gave certain detailed
geocoordinates to David Kay, the arms inspector, and demanded a full
inspection, thanks to his certainty that there were WMDs at the site.
When Kay checked it out, the site was in Lebanon.

Seen one, seen 'em all I guess.

And this passes for competence.
