[Grovenet] Kevin Van Dyke? Is that name familiar?

Kevin is a mainstay of Van Dyke's appliance store. Very nice guy.

I hope he's okay.

Failing to obey a "traffic control device" huh!

I refuse to step into a crosswalk at any of the signal lights along 19th
unless the approaching cars have STOPPED or are far enough away that I can
scurry across if they don't.

Too often I've take several steps out into the intersection with the green
light only to have a car headed toward the red go whizzing right on by
through the light.

Sometimes they're crowing through just after it turns red, but not always.
Sometimes they are making a right turn. No one stops for a red light if
they're turning, right? At least that's what one driver told me after I
jumped out of his way in the crosswalk.
