    It was Republicans (no Dems were informed)
    who knew about it and held it back -- from
    everyone they could.  It was Repubs who
    should have come out with it years ago.
    
    I doubt the Repubs held it back for the purpose
    of an "Oct. surprise."  That purpose for hiding
    it makes no sense --
    
    One has to wonder if NoSpam03 actually
    believes in this Oct. surprise conspiracy theory,
    of it it's his usual nonsense.
