It should be legal, David, I agree...but otherwise,  notsowise.
Folks afflicted with road rage, often toting firearms, tend to  ignore laws. 
Guess the rest of us must just hope that the Man was right when he  said, 
"Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth."
(Hope the earth is still inhabitable by then.)
