Of course the methodology used is exactly the same as that used to assess
epidemics and similar threats all over the world and has been proven
accurate again and again. 
 
But, of course, this time it's totally wrong.  What else would you expect
from the guys who said that Saddam had a bunch of WMD or that the Iraqi's
would welcome the USA to liberate them or....
