Ha, ha! That's good, Steven! Even the X-rated part of the adventure. 

That's a plan, not current reality. It's what will be built after they
bulldoze the downtown and Pacific University moves all of its facilities to
Hillsboro.

The reason it's gated is that just outside the gated area, the "CLD" (core
living district), will be a Wall*Mart and the huge, new "Mall of the
Northwest".

Of course, all those swimming pools are the answer to global warming. Why
treat a cause that we can't agree upon when one can have so much fun
treating the symptoms we all recognize?
