[Grovenet] A Brief Introduction...

Geri,
Actually I'm not personally sponsoring the baskets--I'm processing
the basket applicants and getting that information matched up with the
sponsors. The Food Bank previously processed these names in addition to
supplying food and other items. I need sponsors, a total number of baskets
that can be adopted by sponsors, so I can get back to the Food Bank and tell
them how many baskets my region can handle. There are a total of five
regions in Washington county--F.G/Cornelius, Hillsboro, Beaverton, Banks
school district, and Tualatin. Each of us kind of runs our own show, but we
are interconnected by the "HANDS" (holiday assistance network database
system) database. Hopefully this will be up and running by October!
So, if you are part of an organization or group that normally gets its
names from the Food Bank, they will refer you to me--or the person in charge
of the region where you plan to deliver.
    Adam Hampton
