I don't know. You should follow those 10 party systems in France, Italy, 
and about any where else!! I'll take a half-way decent 2 party system 
any day. Unfortunately, when one of the parties doesn't think the rules 
apply to them and they control the whole mechanism, strange things 
happen. But, the Ds have been in the same place as the Rs before, and 
the system didn't work then, either. The key is to remember that the 
pendulum swings and he who is on top today will be on the bottom at some 
future point. That's why the Rs that have been there awhile are as 
concerned about the abuses as are the Ds, because they know what it's 
like to be dumped on!!
