Good point, it has been a long time since I heard a Clinton joke.   
Six or seven years.  And those were generally about cigars and dry  
cleaning.  How much better to be joking about people who accidentally  
send Americans into war.

Oh wait, wait!  Carl Rove is now blaming the Congress for pushing the  
Administration into war with Iraq.

You may want to watch Rove say that the White House didn't want  
Congress to pass the resolution until after the 2002 elections.
