Allen,

I can personally recall at least two occasion when it would have been  
impossible for District 15 school busses to run all of their routes  
due to flooding of the Tualatin River, so I would guess that the  
children stayed home.  In one case the only way in or out would have  
been over David Hill to the West because Forest Grove and Cornelius  
were flooded North, East and South.  You couldn't even cross to  
Hillsboro.
