[Grovenet] Plastic recycling news

I had to laugh at that when I saw one. More effecient would be to pick up
every other week. I am not at all pleased with WM. There trucks run too
heavy and do damage. As a commercial account, I have to pay extra for a
recycle can. PLUS another fee and container if I want to recycle glass.
I would choose ANY other provider if one was available. For a time I hauled
it all myself to the dump. But they changed things so I can't do that
either, unless I have a dump truck.
Hillsboro went to one large recycle can. Picked up every other week. Makes a
lot of sense.
