Ah yes, I recall that there was some question about the validity of  
absentee ballots from overseas posts with regard to post date.  And  
that those ballots may have been significant to the outcome of the  
election.

How curious.  We would have had the disaster of 9-11 no matter who  
was President, but it is doubtful that we would have had the military  
deaths in Iraq if Bush had lost.  And quite possibly Bush would have  
lost Florida and the election if the military vote in Florida had  
been counted differently, i.e. the post mark issue.
