Ron...
In the days of Twain and Rogers they could get away with of making light
of the imbeciles with their kind of humor.  However, they were still
able to shake hands with imbeciles afterwards.
Nowadays ... I fear they most likely would of ended up in the Old
Bailey.  I even dug out one of moms favorite books, "The Oxford
Dictionary of Quotations, 2nd edition" .. trying to find a qoute by
Twain pertaing to this post, but found nothing about imbeciles.
