[Grovenet] political advertising

The politicians and those raising funds get to keep a percentage for 
their efforts. So there is an incentive for fund raisers beyond simple 
politics.
Then there is an issue of the same folks that bring you news of what the 
pols are doing are the newspapers, broadcast and magazines that these 
pols pay for advertising space. It seems that it would be in the 
interest of news to hype a product that they derive revenue from.
