Justice is blind.
Besides, what's the point. Congress isn't allowing any of his choices.
He probably is saving them for when the others are rejected.
I wonder how many nominees it took to fill 62, if they are filled at all?
Do you think we should pick our justices by the color of their skin?
Should we be preferential to blacks over other races/minorities?
