[Grovenet] Incident near Thatcher, Hillside and Buckley/Kemper?

Just heard from a friend that they are looking for an armed fugitive that
crashed his truck at the corner of Thatcher and Hillside.

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what is going on near the
intersections of Thatcher, Hillside and Buckley / Kemper roads?  There are
numerous police vehicles (at least eight vehicles).  Some have flashing
lights and some have their lights off and are a ways away from the
intersection
