His observation that we will need to consume less energy to be
competitive has merit.
Either China has the world's largest economy or it soon will have
it. India is expected to reach the #3 spot in the next two decades.
The USA by contrast may be the largest debtor nation. We are all
competing for oil as an energy source.
Will China continue to loan us the money to purchase oil?
How much will we need to reduce our energy consumption to get past
this problem and remain competitive?
