[Grovenet] Seeking advise on problem with neighbors who smoke

Your next recourse is th discuss it with the landlord.
Your only legal recourse is to move. The landlord can make them move, 
but that would probably not end before summer is over. The landlord can 
also force them to discontinue smoking. That won't make the neighbors 
like you any better.
Neighbor disputes are awful, even when you are a homeowner.

Summer is a good time to look for new digs in FG.
