PS: The story on this is ...
We had some landscaping done early in the spring 
and saved only three of my roses. They were 
somehow forgotten and only transplanted after a 
couple of weeks had gone by. I lost track of which 
roses they were and was pleasantly surprised when 
the Rio Samba turned out to be one of them! Of the 
other two, one is budded and I'm waiting to see 
which one that is. The third one hadn't done 
anything for two months or so and I was about to 
dig it up when yesterday or the day before it 
suddenly started to sprout! Needless to say, I'm 
pleasantly surprised again!
