Hi Ellaine,
You might want to look at http://www.pdf995.com/ if you can do this in
Windows. Its free version displays an ad in your web browser when you create
a file, but the commercial version is only $9.95, and works quite well, at
least when I used it some while ago. Once you install it, it works just like
printing to a different printer, but creates a PDF file. Buying the full
version of Acrobat is overkill if you just have occasional need for this.
