[Grovenet] Crab Grass

Hello Friends,

Does anyone have any suggestions for removing "invader" grass that looks
similar to crab grass? I would like a solution that is both quick and
environmentally friendly. We have many patches (and they're expanding) in
both front and back lawns. We have our house listed for sale so we need to
do something ASAP. 

Can anyone recommend a trustworthy lawn expert for consultation as another
option?
