Here's another update on an Oregon company that helps schools raise money.   
Buckboard Provisioning Co.   (in Sisters) specializes in educational 
fundraising using web-based ordering and other tools.   They have a line of items such 
as pumpkin bread, sweet potato biscuit mixes, jams, jerky, coffee and tea, 20 
products in all.   I would definitely not call these health food but there is 
a chance that they might (I emphasize might) be less destructive to your 
health than doughnuts and candy bars, depending on how much sugar they put in the 
pumpkin bread and biscuit mix.   Jam, of course, is mostly sugar, and jerky is 
usually full of nitrites and nitrates, but they might be worth a look if you
