...at the next catastrophe? 

Saw this in a comic strip today and I 'fell off of my perch' laughing:

Major disaster strikes. Governor grabs the phone to call the National Guard,
and gets this voice message:

"Hello! You've reached the National Guard. All of our soldiers are busy
right now. Please hold. Your wait time is approximately 5 years..."

I won't be laughing if we get another big hurricane season like the
forecasters are now predicting. Or an earthquake. Or ....
