HIV/AIDS AWARENESS IN THE HEALTH PROFESSIONS

The Center for Gender Equity, in conjunction with sponsoring the AIDS  
Quilt display at Pacific’s College of Health Professions (CHP)  
campus, has organized an HIV/AIDS Information Fair. The purpose of  
this event is to promote awareness and share strategies regarding the  
various health care issues involving HIV/AIDS.

Each of Pacific’s professional health care programs will provide  
information about how those in their discipline respond to patients/ 
clients with HIV/AIDS. You will have an opportunity to converse with  
student colleagues in other health professions about their approach  
to this issue.

Come to this interdisciplinary exchange of information on the  
important subject of patients/clients with HIV/AIDS.

Date:  Tuesday, November 28th and Wednesday, November 29th
Time:  1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Place:  Lobby of Hillsboro CHP campus (corner of 8th Avenue and  
Washington Street)
