[Grovenet] Tired of the garbage

If the bike lane is right next to the road, then I believe the trash receptacles are where they're supposed to be.  I think I read where they want the receptacles on the street against the curb.

What bugs me the most is when people place their %$## trash cans on the road 
in the bike lane!!!
