[Grovenet] Recycling and Bicycling!

They didn't replace the red recycling bins. They are for the glass.
I wish we had alleys. It is depressing to drive down the streets with
all the bins either overflowing or tipped over.
If glass is to be put in the yellow tops, please update waste management
about this.
