with 81% arriving within 60 seconds, a better record than
almost anywhere else in the world and far better than the U.S.
Switzerland also has one of the most democratic governments
in the world. Aspects of Swiss government that most places
would be handled by the legislature or bureaucracy are voted
directly on by the people. These range from expanding the
national railway system to giving Swiss citizenship individual
residents of a canton (county).
I have no idea if the two are related but it is interesting
to note anyway.
