[Grovenet] Surge to Siege in a week

Hmm.
Seems like the success of the surge in Baghdad proper has lasted a  
whole week since Petraus'  testimony to Congress that Baghdad was  
full of flower children. Now diplomats and visitors are not allowed  
to leave the green zone even to travel in armed convoys because  
Blackwater has screwed up so bad, it is too dangerous to be on the  
streets outside of the fortress.

Tomorrow would not be too soon for Bush to walk down a Baghdad street  
without body armor and decider the way out of the coming pickle that  
the state department will find itself in, now that yet another crony  
inspector general appointment has been found to be covering up  
because if the truth came out Bush would look like the arrogant oaf  
he is.  It won't be long before Bush declares he is doing a heck 'uv  
a job and the guy will be toast 10 days later.
