Take Back the Night at Pacific University, April 3, 2008, 8:15 PM

Join the Center for Gender Equity in their second annual the "Take  
Back the Night" rally, march and candlelight vigil on Thursday, April  
3, 2008 at Trombley Square on Pacific University's main campus. "Take  
Back the Night" is a protest against sexual violence, abuse, and  
harassment. Sexual violence is everyone's problem. It happens in every  
community, including ours; it affects women, men, children and sexual  
minorities. The event will consist of a keynote speech in Trombley  
Square, followed by a march through Forest Grove. The night will  
conclude with a Speak Out session for survivors and allies, and a  
candlelight vigil.
