Just do what I do. Pull the covers over your head and put off getting
out of bed. 
Of course, that's much easier to do when you are retired!!

Steve.. this may be true for you, however, this does not work for me,
cause I have a 1/2 siamese black cat that demands my attention, and when
I try to hide under the covers he crawls up under them and backs into my
face .. until I get out of bed a feed him.....
