I'm not sure if this has been mentioned or not - so I'll post it anyway.

If you like Shushi -

The old Season's from the Heart gift shop (19th and Birch) was converted 
into a Convenience/cigarette store a few years ago.  Guess things didn't 
work out very well as a convenience store - so they changed again.

Cost Mart recently remodeled into a Japanese Deli/Restaurant.  
Apparently the owner's father had 25 yrs experience in the restaurant 
business in Portland and Tokyo before retiring and is helping the kids out.

One of my readers on www.forestgrovelive.com sent me a review and I just 
posted it this morning.  She rated them very good and has pictures of 
her meal.  They also serve beer and wine. 

Let's with them well in their new venture.  We all know how hard 
starting a business in FG can be.
