OK, somebody at The Argus called me on the phone after the LNG 
pipeline hearing at the City Council meeting,

I'd like to draw  the attention of anyone interested to a book 
discussion group on a rather important subject, which is starting 
next week:

The End of America
Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot

	"The End of America," by Naomi Wolf, is a study of the ten 
steps that the worst dictators of the 20th century-from Stalin to 
Hitler to the present day-have taken to undermine and destroy 
democratic institutions in the nations they seized.
The public is invited to join a study group to read and discuss 
Wolf's book, and those ten historic steps toward dictatorship which 
can be seen in the policies of the present administration.

To read and discuss this important work, join the discussion group 
which will meet in the Rogers Room of the City Library, February 12 
and February 26, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The event is free and open to 
the public
